Our Story

The Pathfinder Foundation for Education and Development was born from a strong conviction: sustainable development in Sub-Saharan Africa begins above all with investing in human capital.

In response to structural challenges related to access to quality education, scientific research, and technological innovation, the Foundation was established as a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to delivering concrete and sustainable solutions.

Since its creation, the Pathfinder Foundation has been working to promote human resources development through:

Strengthening education systems,

Encouraging scientific and technological research,

Facilitating the transfer of technologies adapted to local realities.

Our approach is built on strong partnerships with public, private, and academic stakeholders, as well as on programs focused on real and measurable impact. Every initiative we undertake aims to empower individuals, strengthen local capacities, and foster the emergence of African solutions to African challenges.
