Dr. Tano-Bian Jeanine is a researcher and lecturer at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan, where she teaches Tax Law, Corporate Taxation, Defense and Security Strategy, Administrative Science, and Public Finance. She is the President of the Internationale d’Accès au Droit en Afrique (IADA) and an expert in cybersecurity. Dr. Tano-Bian is also a speaker and essayist, co-authoring a book with Dr. Annie Flore Yougoulou entitled “Hope, the Leitmotif That Inspires Our Life”, published by La Doxa Editions.
