Mr. Amourlaye Touré is an international development consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in human rights, elections, good governance, and environmental issues. He has worked as a country director or consultant for the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, Freedom House, Amnesty International, UNDP, Rights and Democracy, and OSIWA in around ten countries, including:
